Here is more requested information.

My new printer is a Canon imageCLASS MF216n model, black and white.

I installed it on my HP envy dv6 Notebook PC with Windows 10.

Could not get printer to print from computer, so was told to deinstall it, etc.

But computer will not deinstall it because of 'pending print jobs'.

The pending print jobs are probably the test pages that the computer

sent to the printer when it was first installed but did not print

because the computer 'could not connect to the printer.'

The printer works because it has copied pages placed on its glass screen.

But it will not print from the computer.

So I need to know how to delete pending print jobs.

Then hopefully if I deinstall it and reinstall it, the printer will work correctly.

Thanks for any help.
