Our IT guy and I have spent quality time troubleshooting and have come to the conclusion that we need new PPDs for our canon printers. OUr workhorse Laser Printer:Imagerunner Advanced C5051 and Large Format Printer: Canon IPF8300s.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>We are able to print using a shared printer with a computer that has NOT been updated to El Capitain. So at least we aren't dead in the water.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The only thing we haven't tried is to plug the printer directly into a computer.
