    <description>Hi EitzenCity,&lt;BR /&gt;I had a similar issue recently. We use Google Chrome as the main browser, and uninstalled and reinstalled it. This has helped, and the scanner is now working.&lt;BR /&gt;I am not clear on the details of why, though it may be worth a try if Google Chrome is the main browser.&lt;BR /&gt;Kind Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Glass1</description>
