    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have had our IR1023N setup to scan to a windows server file share for a few years now without an issue.&amp;nbsp; Recently we've noticed that when&amp;nbsp;scanning 10-15 pages to a file that sometimes the file scans fine, other times you only get 4 or 5 pages and sometimes the file doesn't show up at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One would think this is a network problem, but if it was than the file would either show up in the file share or not.&amp;nbsp; There wouldn't be a case where the file shows up in the file share but only has 4 or 5 pages in it out of the 10-15 that were scanned.&amp;nbsp; We've power cycled the printer multiple times but no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
