    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try the following adjustment to see if we can resolve your issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Open the Devices and Printers applet in the Control Panel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Right-Click on the Printer, choose 'See What's Printing', then select your printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; When the print queue is displayed, click on 'Printer' on the upper-left corner and choose 'Use Printer Online'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once this has been done, try printing to test the unit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the offline message remains, please visit the following link below to contact our support group for additional assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer"&gt;http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently got a Windows 8 latop and whenever&amp;nbsp;I try to print to my wireless printer, it says it is offline.&amp;nbsp; I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
