    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A friend of mine wants to scan documents from a Image Runner 1024 IF to a shared folder located on his computer, but every time he scans them, the scanned documents does not appear in the shared folder.&amp;nbsp;Everything worked fine until Jan. 19th, 2016.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The shared folder has been created and the permissions have been&amp;nbsp;granted as well. The printer was&amp;nbsp;configured by a Canon Service Provider in Peru. 2 colleagues&amp;nbsp;in&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;company he is working for, are able to scan documents to its shared folders on their computers, without problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He´s currently using Windows 8 64 bits in Spanish.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do else I need to check?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alfonso&lt;/P&gt;</description>
