      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used to scan doc in PDF format with MF-4350d printer. However, today when I tried to scan it showed the message "please install a supported scanner, then restart tool-box"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks and Regards;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lena&lt;/P&gt;</description>
