      <description>&lt;P&gt;Message on computer says ink low, but won't display details, so I don't know which cartridge. No message on printer, so cartridge doesn't load for exchange when I open cover ... Please help, I have a sales presentation tomorrow and SO need to print tonight!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, Tiffany. I had already re-booted, but after loading updated drivers, I siged in frustration -- and cussed a little -- and shut down the computer. When I did a restart to prepare for calling in as you suggested, all was right in my Canon world.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Happy, happy! (I really think it was the cursing. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
