topic Canon MP140 Error in Office Printers

Canon MP140 Error

Hi everyone im new to this forum from Europe & because i couldn't find a european forum i came here... When i turn on the printer it shows me E without reason. I bought new ink but the same error. But i observed when the scanner goes it fails in the start and goes back again. This error makes my printer useless. I can't print or do anything except turning it off. Some help please.

P.S: Sorry for my bad English 😄
