      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ebozniak,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The blue ink only printing may be caused by some of the inkjet nozzles not printing correctly. &amp;nbsp;We can print a nozzle check pattern from the printer to determine if all of the inkjet&amp;nbsp;nozzles are dispensing the ink correctly. &amp;nbsp;To do this, please follow the steps located &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/infocenter/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART143210" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the nozzle check pattern did not print correctly, we recommend&amp;nbsp;performing at least one &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/infocenter/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART143427" target="_blank"&gt;cleaning&lt;/A&gt; and two &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/infocenter/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART143803" target="_blank"&gt;deep cleanings&lt;/A&gt; on the printer to see if this will&amp;nbsp;resolve the issue. &amp;nbsp;If the inks still do not print correctly after performing the cleanings, the printer may require servicing. &amp;nbsp;We ask that you please call 1-866-261-9362, Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET (excluding holidays) to obtain your servicing options. &amp;nbsp;There is no charge for this call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
