    <description>&lt;P&gt;I get this machine for less than 2 weeks. It can print quality text/picture out. But the ouyput of the "scan and copy" are blank pages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, I would confirm the toner is fine, because we can get good printing output. I also checked the setting, it should work under ipv4 environment. I downloaded the latest driver from Canon.com.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to find a answer from the manual, articles, knowledgement and forum, cannot find a solution for this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am appreciate for any help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have exact same problem as Chinut.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Played with the the parameter settings and tried every combination possible,&amp;nbsp; Power cycled the printer few times (what can I do, I am desparate!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help to get this resovle and get back to being useful will be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
