    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check to make sure that the laptop is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer and your other devices. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, temporarily disable any firewall or anti-spyware programs on the computer to see if this will allow the unit to print.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have difficulties, find more help at &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/contact-support/" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>MX920 won't print</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OS: Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer: MX920&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;printer was installed on 3 laptops. &amp;nbsp;All printers worked for a period of time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One laptop will no longer print. &amp;nbsp;Error message: Error printing on MX920 Series Printer. &amp;nbsp;The printer couldnt print xxx.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On printer queue: Status starts as "printing" and then changes to&amp;nbsp;'Printer not responding".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried deleting and re-installing the printer drivers as well as stopping/restarting the printer queue. &amp;nbsp;Nothing has worked on this one laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
