      <title>I have a mx882 printer and the colors quit printing.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My mx882 printer quit printing colors. All ink tanks are full. Did the head cleaning, twice, and head alignment from the maintenance options - no help. Any other ideas? The black is printing fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
