    <description>&lt;P&gt;I forgot to mention that I found these in the logs on the server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="body"&gt;found in system log on server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The Print Spooler service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).       <title>Printer won't print when redirected to RDS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a user with a Canon&amp;nbsp;Color imageCLASS MF8050Cn&amp;nbsp;printer that prints fine locally but won't print from the 2012 R2 RDS server. I tried the Remote Desktop Easy Print and I also tried loading two different printer drivers for the printer onto the server. When I loaded the printer drivers, I could see the printer driver was assigned to the redirected printer correctly. However, when we try to print, nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any thoughts on why or how to troubleshoot this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Justin&lt;/P&gt;</description>
