Where is the Serial Number for Canon Color imageCLASS MF663Cdw

I am trying to register my Canon Color imageCLASS MF663Cdw printer to MyCanon Account. I've tried every ID I could find on the sticker on the back, inside the printer, on the papers included with the printer and even in the remote device settings. No matter what I try, I get the below error.

"The serial number you have entered is invalid for one or more of the following reasons:

1) The serial number does not match the product you have selected (FCC ID which starts with "AZD" is often mistaken for serial number.)
2) The serial number entered indicates this product was not intended for sale in the United States and is ineligible for registration and support in the U.S.

Please verify your product model and serial number to ensure they were entered correctly."

I purchased the printer from my local Bestbuy in USA - Arizona, so I can't imagine that "2) The serial number entered indicates this product was not intended for sale in the United States and is ineligible for registration and support in the U.S." should apply to my device.

Additionally, when attempting to post this, the "Associated Prodcuts" field doesn't seem to have the Color imageCLASS MF663Cdw as an option. Hey! I'm sorry you're having a problem registering your new printer. I'm sure this is frustrating and confusing. Most likely what's happened is something didn't get scanned somewhere in a system. A very minor clerical error that involves a batch of serial numbers being entered into our central database. I know this isn't your problem, but the fastest way to get this resolved is for you to call support at 1-800-OK-CANON (800-652-2666), when the system asks what you need, let it know you need support for your Color imageCLASS MF663Cdw. It will route you to the next available agent, during business hours - weekdays from 9am to 6pm (ET). Once you have a support agent on the line, ask them confirm my suspicion, and then ask them to file a ticket with the helpdesk to get those serial numbers added & your printer registered.

That should take care of it!

Calling the support number 1-800-OK-CANON (800-652-2666) did resolve the issue. Just be sure to bypass the automated system to ask for a human to save time as the system cannot parse this product name.
