Greetings,

Telephone number for support. 1-800-652-2666. Shipping and repair could be costly.

Telephone number for the Canon Upgrade Program 1-866-443-8002. They offer a small discount and free shipping on a new, modern device. Worth considering since your printer is 10 yrs old now.

Could someone possibly take pity on an old user and just send me the phone number to call for service on this old machine? I'd prefer not to ship it anywhere--it's quite a behemoth. Isn't there a way to input one's ZIP code to locateauthorized Canon repair shops? I apparently need a new internal waste ink absorber. The machine is quite old--would it be worth it? I couldn't even find a phone number on the Canon website to even ask a human this question.
