Issue 1) Black streaks

This is actualy the newest issue this month. https://imgur.com/a/BghMy8O
The picture sort of says it all. That was a blank photocopy on B&W settings.

Issue 2) Color Issues

I am trying to print the exact same file via cricut/windows print popup with the exact same settings and paper about 5 months apart. https://imgur.com/a/tWciilb
The file itself is a purply-blue, it was printing purply-blue, and now it is coming out teal.

All on Windows 10. All same computer, same wifi, etc.

As a minor issue, the auto gredation is no longer smooth solid squares but begining to show some streaking.

Please help!

I took a look at the supposed knowledge base and there was nothing there. So I used Google's AI search and followed the suggestions there. I pulled out the black cartridge (not a Canon) and a small piece of plastic fell out. I compared the black cartridge to the others and discovered where the little black piece of plastic came from. Convinced it was indeed broken, I then ordered a new black cartridge.
