imageCLASS MF753Cdw Not printing from iPhone suddenly

Yesterday I was able to print from my IPhone 17 pro max with no issues. Suddenly it was no longer printing. I see the jobs in the printer control center which says they are waiting. I see no error message on the printer so I am stumped. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you tell us more about your connection method please.

Is your iPhone and printer connected to the same wireless network or are you using wireless direct?

The printer and my iPhone are connected to the same wireless network.

I am not sure what wireless direct is.

The printer is connected wirelessly (I am going to connect through wired connection just haven’t had the time to do that)

Also I think the printer did an update in the middle of all this. I am pretty sure I printed after that finished.

No I still cannot print from my iPhone. I can print from my laptop so I assume it’s not a printer issue like a jam.

Greetings,

Please delete the printer from the Canon Print App, restart your phone and re-pair (re-add) the printer to the App.

You'll do this from the Add/Switch menu option at the bottom of the print app.
