topic 069 Toner Quality Inconsistent in imageCLASS MF753Cdw printer in Office Printers

My 753Cdw is just six months old. The original black toner (probably a starter cartridge), lasted 1300 pages. I bought a High Yield Canon Genuine replacement for it that started streaking and ghosting at 4000 pages in just 3 months. Printer supply status still showed it at 40%. No maintenance routines would clear it up so I replaced it with a new 069 std cartridge and then everything started printing normally again. A call to tech support said it was most likely a defective cartridge but that it was no longer under warranty (30days). Where is the so called "Canon Quality" that is supposed to convince us to use genuine Canon toner. I tried to send an email about this to Customer service but could not find a way to send an email anywhere on the site and their chat was not available under product support. Anyone have a similar experience or know how to file a complaint with customer service?
