&lt;P&gt;Are you able to print documents?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Canon Support for imageCLASS MF242dw | Canon U.S.A., Inc. &lt;A href="https://share.google/IDf9mLyqdNhr9UiWR" target="_blank"&gt;https://share.google/IDf9mLyqdNhr9UiWR&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Select software and drivers, windows then windows 11.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Install the following software in this order.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[Windows 64bit] MF242dw MFDrivers (UFR II / ScanGear)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[Windows 32bit &amp;amp; 64bit] MF Scan Utility Ver.1.21.0.2&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Now open Settings, Bluetooth and Printers, printers and remove your printer.&amp;nbsp; Close the dialog when complete.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Restart your Computer from the start menu.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After restart, press the start button and open the MF Scan Utility.&amp;nbsp; Ensure the the MF 242dw appears in the dialog box in the upper right hand corner.&amp;nbsp; You should be able to scan again.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Let us know if you run into any snags.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon MF240 UFRII LT printer/scanner.&amp;nbsp; I also have Windows 11.&amp;nbsp; I used to be able to click the shortcut to the software for this scanner in the tray at the bottom, but now it will not open.&amp;nbsp; If I click the up arrow near the clock, it shows it is running; however, I need it to open to tell it when a document is double sided and for other things.&amp;nbsp; I have uninstalled drivers and utilities and reinstalled and restated both the computer and the scanner.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any help is appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
