      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was printing a long document a few days ago. It stopped half way through. I printed a one page image immediately after that. Now it won't print anything at all from any source. I have rebooted both the printer and my laptop several times. I have unplugged the usb cable connecting them twice at each end. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer. I have downloaded and run the most recent generic driver file and run it. I have attempted to update the firmware. Nothing works.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What am I missing? What else can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your quick response. When this happened, I was printing three scripts. The first two printed just fine. The third stopped in the middle and that's when it stopped working. Nothing changed about the laptop or the setup in that half hour. One minute it was working, the next it wasn't. It will not print a test page. I've gotten multiple errors coded 853 and one coded 822.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm at my wits end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
