I am currently trying to print spreads as a double-sided document. I need the front and back to be perfectly aligned, as I will be cutting and folding the spreads. However, the front and back are not perfectly aligned, so I'm not able to cut/fold along the edges.

I've had this issue in the past with other double-sided documents, but I was able to adjust the print position through the Offset Long/Short Edge function as well as the Adjust Print Position function. Although it was tedious, and an annoying waste of paper and ink, I was able to finally align the two sides.

However, it seems that now the printer is not responding to my Offset Long/Short Edge settings. Sometimes, the same input will give me two very different results, back to back. Sometimes, a drastic value increase or decrease will change nothing at all on the printed document. Why has this function suddenly stopped being responsive?
