i-SENSYS LBP732Cdw forgotten pin code

hello,

I forgot the PIN code on my LBP732CDW printer, and I don't have access to the management menu to perform a factory reset; it's asking for a password. Is there a key combination to reset the printer? The printer is inoperative.
