      <title>imageCLASS MF752Cdw pickup delay jam error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My printer Canon Mf752Cdw has a costant error. WHen the system is booted up the machine try to go to an iddle state but it detect paper in side causing a Jam error. I have been able to define the error as 0-0A01-0-00. This means that a Pickup delay jam is occuring to sensor SR31 (Cassette Feed Sensor), and the paper is detected in the multi-purpose tray. I checked the all printer and cannot find any paper along the system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me first identify the actual position of the sensor, which I cannot find on the manual, then how can I possibly solve this issue? Before starting to dismount the printer I would like to see if it possible to solve from the outside or the software.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;P.S.: the firmware is up to date and the printer has made 3 paper until now so is not old. Production year is 2022.&lt;/P&gt;
