    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello- I have a Canon Imageclass MF753Cdw that I can not for the life of me get to work for scanning. &amp;nbsp;I have a MacBook Pro and MacOS is Tahoe 26.3.1. &amp;nbsp;I downloaded the correct drivers and the printer will print from my Macbook but when I try to use the MF Scan Utility or the MFToolbox it can not add the printer for scanning. &amp;nbsp;I've attached a screen shot of what it looks like when I try to add it by using Bonjour. &amp;nbsp;I've also tried using the IP address but when I do that I get a message saying there are not printers. Anyone have any ideas?? I've &amp;nbsp;turned the MacBook and Printer off and then on again,&amp;nbsp;uninstalled the drivers and re-installed (multiple times), and done everrything that I can find online that I've been able to find for troubleshooting. &amp;nbsp;The last time I tried to install the scan driver, the sytem detected Catalina as the MacOS even though I have Tahoe so I tried that driver, but it didn't work either. &amp;nbsp;It should be noted that the scan feature worked for most of the time I've had this printer, but one day it just stopped working- not sure if it correlated to a new MacOS or if it had to do with a new MacBook that I got. &amp;nbsp;Either way I can't get it to add now. &amp;nbsp;Any help is GREATLY appreciated- I'm at a loss at this point as to what to do next.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't have your particular printer, but instead the imageCLASS MF653Cdw. For scanning, I've never used Canon's scan utility (don't know if it would even work), but instead use Apple's Preview application.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In Preview the "File" menu has an "Import from Canon MF650C Series…" item.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does Preview work for you?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Preview is a built-in application that comes already installed on your Mac. You can find it by any of the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;It should be in the Dock (bottom of screen row of icons). See attached icon below.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In Finder, navigate to your Applications folder and find the Preview application&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In the Dock, click on the Apps icon. Preview is listed in the Productivity and Finance section.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Command-Space in Finder, then type in "Preview"&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Using Bonjour is not reliable and will not give you full control or functionality of your device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you please confirm the connection message you're using?&amp;nbsp; USB, wireless, ethernet?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Their are printer and scanner drivers available for Tahoe on the product support portal.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/color-imageclass-mf753cdw" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/color-imageclass-mf753cdw&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are using a network connection, I suggest that you assign the printer or static IP on your router.&amp;nbsp; Then install it as a TCP IP device on your Mac.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you were using USB, you should install the drivers first, and not connect the printer until prompted to do so by the installation utility.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you need assistance with the above steps or have questions please reply.&amp;nbsp; This KB article I wrote maybe helpful.&lt;/P&gt;
