    <description>&lt;P&gt;After rebooting a few times, I'm writing because my one year old (formerly fully operational via WIFI and USB) D570 printer boots directly to UPDATE and DOWNLOAD MODE (this may take awhile); then next comes DOWNLOAD MODE with an apparently temporary (non-operational) &amp;nbsp;IP Address on the screen that doesn't match the WIFI or Computer previously associated with the printer and then doesn't do anything. It is frozen there until I de-power the printer. I've attempted to download a Cannon Support FIRMWARE UPDATE (Mac-mf240-230-D570-fw-v2211) but it doesn't open, thus I can not provide the download to the printer. &amp;nbsp;It is stuck. &amp;nbsp;I'm using an Apple M-4, Tahoe 26.3&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried the following:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Turn the printer off and unplug from its AC outlet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Press and hold the power button for 15 sec.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Wait 60 sec.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Reconnect to power.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Stop&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;button.&amp;nbsp; While holding the stop button, press the power button to turn the device on.&amp;nbsp; Continue to hold the stop button until the printer has booted, fully restarted.&amp;nbsp; Now release.&amp;nbsp; Result?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
