    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have windows 11 installed i would say i would have the print drivers installed .. i can print the other sizes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will try setting this up .. see if my programs will reconize it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Our first question is what is the version and build of the operating system you're using the printer with?&amp;nbsp; Have you installed a printer driver or are you trying to use AirPrint (if MAC)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Although 5x7 is not a default paper size, the printer supports A7 and 5x7 using custom registration.&amp;nbsp; You can set this up on the &lt;STRONG&gt;multipurpose feeder&lt;/STRONG&gt; or the &lt;STRONG&gt;paper drawer&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
