    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you set up access to the remote UI?&amp;nbsp; You'll need to be able to log in as a System Manager in order to configure scan to email &amp;amp; scan to folder.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can tell me which mail host you're using I can help with those settings too.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here's an example I made using Gmail.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, A new color printer .. original; invoice, box and printer showing&amp;nbsp;imageCLASS MF753Cdw II; &amp;nbsp;But when I initial set the printer.. on the config, on the WIFI, on the network.. and on the OS App: "Cannon Print" &amp;nbsp;: &amp;nbsp; the name appears as:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MF750C II Series&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ok, I might not freak out for a digit.. but.. the online manual and settings are differing ( ex: System manager vs Administrator ID etc )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did I missed step? wrongly initial setup ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I verify that my printer is 753Cdw II and not 750C ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You're fine. This is normal.&amp;nbsp; It displays the series not the actual model.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to scan from the printer to Email or Folder - I got #806 error ( file trf) and #801 error on email; I do my research, manual, blogs etc; &amp;nbsp;but not able to pass that; &amp;nbsp;I' m using a MAC as computer ; &amp;nbsp;is there something friendly ( doc or video) to show that part - how to configure or troubleshoot connection : for Scan to Email, or Scan to Folder &amp;nbsp;- &amp;nbsp;using WiFi ? I and yes, I'm on the same wifi (SSID)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
