    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had it about 2 months. It worked initially. I could copy, print wirelessly and fax. Now nothing moves when I hit any of the buttons, even tho the lights are on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>My MX922 will not do ANYTHING</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My MX922 will not do ANYTHING. The lights are on, but nothing happens. It will not copy, print or fax. It will not move from one feature to another. I have shut it down a number of times, unplugged it even more often. It always comes back on, makes a few noises but then nothing. It will not respond to pushing any buttons. Can someone help me???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm using Mac El Capitan. But I don't think that's the issue at all. Because I can't even make a copy. The machine is completely non-responsive even tho it makes normal sounds when i turn it on. I had been able to print wirelessly, but now it will not respond even connected to USB.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recall seeing a post a while ago for a similar problem. If I recall correctly the instructions were to unplug, press the power button (to drain any stored energy) and then let it sit unpowered overnight.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work you could call 1-800-OKCANON&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried that and it does work...for a day or two and then freezes up again. So unacceptable. I will call Canon next week. Thank you for your help and suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
