    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The printer supports 4 connection methods.&amp;nbsp; Three are capable of Scan to PC.&amp;nbsp; Please let us know the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What operating system version and build are you using the printer with?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How is your printer connected and to what?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For printing and scanning you need to install 2 drivers.&amp;nbsp; However, i just noticed that driver downloads are missing from the the product's support portal.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>New computer doesn't see my imageCLASS MF455dw</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could use some help on this one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Currently using Canon ImageClass MF455dw printer scanner.&amp;nbsp; I got a new computer and I'm working to connect the new computer with ImageClass MF455dw printer scanner.&amp;nbsp;. With my previous/older computer, I was able to use the printer/scanner screen to go to Scan &amp;gt; Computer &amp;gt; and my computer would show up and I could scan directly to my computer.&amp;nbsp; My new computer is not showing up and for the life of me I can't remember how I connect the two.&amp;nbsp; Is there anyone that would be able to assist?&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
