    <description>&lt;P&gt;Continued messing with it eventually got the rollers to move and cough up a 1" by 2" piece of paper from its deep innards.&amp;nbsp; So the printer was right after all.&amp;nbsp; (Sitting there with its smug face LOL).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again for the advice and maybe cleaning sensors will help someone else in the future.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have opened up this printer in every approved way and confirmed there is no jammed paper.&amp;nbsp; I had two sheets in the top feeder that were both grabbed and went in a couple inches when the error occurred.&amp;nbsp; I could extract them but now the printer is stuck in this Support Code 1303.&amp;nbsp; All I can do is turn it off and on and it goes right back to this error condition.&amp;nbsp; I can't get any other buttons to respond so I can't run any maintenance to help it realize there is no paper jam.&amp;nbsp; Please tell me there is a solution to this confused printer without having it serviced.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Look closely.&amp;nbsp; A flashlight is often helpful. A lint free cloth with alcohol is also helpful for clearing debris and residue, and cleaning sensors.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
