      <description>&lt;P&gt;The printer has begun printing smears down the left side of the paper - like a bad drum or pick-up. I've gone through the maintenance cleaning option. Canon doesn't answer the support number (convenient it is the only warranty option), so i figured I would try here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just posted my problem with the image CLASS MF753Cdw II, with streaks. Sounds similar to yours. The support person, after an hour wait, helped me do the maintenance cleaning. Without any error messages, he said they would send me a replacement starter black toner, which I received and did not solve problem. I will have to call support again tomorrow. These are the 2 numbers for support I used, if you didn't have them. I purchased the Canon CarePAL for added warranty. Support: 888-237-8289 and 800-652-2666.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
