Greetings,

Please do answer Stephen's questions and provide as much additional information about your environment, software you are using, the application(s) you are printing from and any (specific) errors you are receiving.

While I certainly understand your frustration the issue you're experiencing is not caused by your Canon printer. It's most certainly going to be related to your software environment, drivers, type of connection or network configuration.

I believe we will be able to help you identify the problem. Please provide as much detail(s) as possible. If you have the steps that will consistently reproduce the behavior that should help us identify the issue.

You mentioned being able to print from your email. Does that mean you're printing from a browser or from a mail client?

Is there a specific application you're printing from that always results in an error? These are the types of details we'll need in order to help. 😉

imageCLASS MF753CDW alarm when I try to print, prints OK after restart

Hi I bought a new Canon MF753CDW color laser printer a couple of months ago and I updated the printer drivers but the problem persists. If I create a Word document, or a new Excel spreadsheet or a new PDF document, the first time I try to print it I get an alarm and it fails to print. If I close the program and cancel the print job and then turn off my printer, then turn the printer back on, the second time I try to print the document it prints fine. Very aggravating. I can print from my email without any trouble. My old Canon MF color laser printer never did this at all. Other than this its a fine printer.
