MF665Cdw will not print blue. All the reds are muddy. Black is either washed out, or over exposed when manually adjusted to 85-100%. Blue never is blue, and green is light. All 4 toners show 95% remaining as these are brand new with zero page count.

*Attempted to do a "color correction" by printing a "color shift" / "color mismatch" alignment page to perform said function.

*Printer will not print an alignment or color test page!

*It fails the color correction procedure!

Printer was purchased 1/10/25, and has the latest firmware updates "confirmed". Have pulled all cartridges and bumped/shook as recommended in FAQ. As a last-ditch effort, restored to factory default, and started initialization from scratch. Updated firmware again, power cycled several times. Still no resolution. MANY THANKS!

I am having exactly the same problem… I got the printer 2 days ago and it has been like that out of the box. The color mismatch correction procedure also doesn’t print any page, even though it tells me it’s performed successfully.
