    <description>&lt;P&gt;One day after turning my printer on it showed two solid orange lights. I power cycled it, nothing worked. I performed a hard reset by pushing the reset button on the back and pressing and holding the power button. Fast forward months later it's doing it again but this time the hard reset is not working and there's no paper jam or nothing, it randomly did this&lt;/P&gt;</description>
