MF750C it will not cancel a print job windows 11

i have 2 issues:

1) print jobs hang up in the printer queu and will not allow me to print. it will not cancel! help

2) when it does print, it requires me to go to the printer and select paper tray! no matter what i tell it, it wont print until i check the tray i want. i am fed up with this new printer!

Hello!

Clear the stuck print jobs by stopping the Print Spooler service, deleting files in the spool folder, and restarting it. For the tray issue, update or reinstall the printer’s full driver and set the paper source to “Automatically Select” in Printing Preferences so it won’t keep asking you to confirm the tray.
