Hi all. Got a 1300 code (paper jam). Had something in front of the output tray. Got the 1300 code and pulled the jammed piece out. Now the jam is cleared but the 1300 jam code will not clear. I've tried a shutdown, unplugged it, but the jam message is still there. Checked the sheet that jammed and it's intact so there are no pieces in the machine. Any ideas on how to get it cleared? Thx

this usually happens when something blocks the output tray or the paper doesn’t fully exit. NJ E-ZPass Even after the paper is removed, the error can persist if a sensor or flag is stuck.

Turn it on its side so you can see the bottom and open the paper tray. Make sure nothing is stuck to the pick up roller.

Thanks. I thought of trying that but I have a MegaTank and the manual is very adamant about turning it on it's side or upside down.
