Imageclass MF4350d grabbing extra page after printing page (it pulls it through but leaves it blank)

As written in the title, when trying to print or copy 1 page, it will print a page then pull another page through although it will leave the second one blank.

Another issue is even when the paper size in the printer setting matches the paper size that I'm trying to print from the computer it still keeps asking after every page that's printed if it's the correct size. This happens also when making copies. Is there a way to hard reset this printer and will that help?
