      <description>&lt;P&gt; Hello i just bought this printer and it seems like the scanner bar is stuck, somebody said something about security but i don't think that's it, i'm getting&amp;nbsp;e202-0002 error upon start Please help&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Did you receive this error "out of the box"?&amp;nbsp; Ensure all packing materials and tape have been removed from the printer.&amp;nbsp; If paper is loaded, check for misfeeds or jams.&amp;nbsp; Turn the machine off, unplug from the wall and press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.&amp;nbsp; Now reconnect power, turn the device on and observe the startup sequence.&amp;nbsp; If the air persists I'd repackage it and exchange it at the retailer or place of purchase.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can contact Canon support if you wish but this error usually indicates a hardware fault.&amp;nbsp; Start by registering the product in your MyCanon account then call support.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the second imageclass mf465dw ii I have purchased from Amazon.&amp;nbsp; Both exhibited the same loud grinding sound ad a e202-002 error on startup.&amp;nbsp; I have checked for and packing material and tape.&amp;nbsp; I see none. What the **ll is going on.&amp;nbsp; I can keep returning them to Amazon.&amp;nbsp; I am really frustrated.&amp;nbsp; Help please...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you purchase Canon products from Amazon, be absolutely sure It states ships from and sold by Amazon... And not from a third party or marketplace seller.&amp;nbsp; Many times these parties are not Canon authorized dealers.&amp;nbsp; This means you could be buying grey market products (items intended for sale in another country / region) .&amp;nbsp; This can cause issues with support and warranty as well as getting an item which may not be authentic.&amp;nbsp; If a seller is offering a product at a greatly reduced price, extra scrutiny maybe warranted.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Canon does not operate a store on Amazon.&amp;nbsp; Amazon creates storefronts for large volume retailers, but anyone can sell as a vendor.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
