It keeps scaling down my prints with no option of turning this off. I own two other imageclass printers and they dont suffer from this problem, the size they are given is the size they print, why does the&nbsp;Canon Color imageCLASS LBP646Cdw scale down?&nbsp;</P> <P>The "call support" is not a solution, I was on hold for over an hour. Unacceptable.
