    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;My MAXIFY GX6040 printer stoped printing black in document print. I do have black inc.&lt;BR /&gt;the subject state for partial black printing because on nozzle check I do have a black print beside the color pattern with the letters (C, M, Y) however I don't have the upper black pattern print at all with no BK letters on the left. I can't understand why the black is partial printed in the nozzle check.&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to perform auto alignment, it failed with code 2500. on manual alignment I don't have any black patterns or letters or numbers.&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to perform several times cleaning, deep cleaning, even ink flash, also try to unplug power for an hour. nothing helped.&lt;BR /&gt;please assist.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you,&lt;BR /&gt;Guy&lt;/P&gt;</description>
