      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;purchased a new MacBook Air with the Sequoia 15.6 operating system. My Cannon printer is MF634Cdw.&amp;nbsp;I am getting error 10,202,3 then 10,202,1 when I try to scan. I can print wirelessly, but can't get the scanning to work,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have updated the driver for the printer from version 2 to version 4.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Help please?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The errors are related to software.&amp;nbsp; I suggest you start over.&amp;nbsp; Uninstall any Canon Drivers or Utilities.&amp;nbsp; Drag from the Applications folder to the Trash Can.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are using a USB connection, unplug the cable and remove the printer from Printers and Scanners using the minus (-) icon.&amp;nbsp; Then restart your MAC.&amp;nbsp; Run the printer installer first, &lt;STRONG&gt;do not&lt;/STRONG&gt; connect the printer until you are prompted to do so.&amp;nbsp; Then run the Scanner Driver/Utility.&amp;nbsp; Retest&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are using Wi-Fi or ethernet, remove the printer, restart and run the installers found in the link I posted above for Mac OS Sequoia.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
