    <description>&lt;P&gt;ONLY ANSWER IF YOU HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reinstalled the drivers and restarted the computer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The GX2020 showed up and I sent a print job to it. The queue said it was successfully sent. Also, I did the print test job and it was successfully sent. However, no printing occurs, there isn't any noice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, the cable is connected and I have powered off and on the printer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The scan utility works. The printer is connected to a UPS which is connected through a surge protector.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems GX2020 breaks down quickly. This one was purchased 3/18/2025. I remember the prior one didn't last long. Too bad, when it is working it is fairly good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
