    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just where do I find my "set up" utility. I am concerned since the scan function is working and the GX2020 fax is still there. I had to troubleshoot making sure stuff doesn't go to One Drive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>GX2020 printer disappeared from list after a recent Windows 11 update.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After a recent windows update, the GX2020 printer doesn't show up on the list of available printers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The GX2020 Fax feater shows up. Looking in the Settings/Bluetooth&amp;amp;Devices/Printers and scanners, I see Cannon GX2000 series Fax, but no the printer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I turned off the printer and restarted it. The connections are good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't want to try everything and the kitch sink approach. The computer was restarted doing Dell Computer updates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I turned off the "Let Windows manage my default printer,"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wish to hear from those who have had this problem and solved it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;How is your printed connected, and to what?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If connected via USB unplug the cable and restart your computer.&amp;nbsp; Then re-run the setup utility.&amp;nbsp; Do not connect the printer until prompted to do so by the installer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If connected via Wi-Fi or ethernet, just re-run the setup utility.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I downloaded and installed the drivers. I checked it is listed in the Device manager. It didn't fix the problem. It is just a direct USB cable connection to a Dell Precision 777. The solution might be to just junk the printer and purchase a new one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Finally got the driver installed and I am able to send print jobs to the printer and Windows says the transmission of the job is fine. The GX2020 just doesn't print it. Wasted a few hours on a printer that is broken. Still don't know why it dropped off the list of installed printers. Maybe it is a printer with bad software, maybe it is yet another problem with Microsoft Windows updates. Who knows. Just need to get a printer express delivered again. Lots of ink in this printer. Oh well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
