    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon Color ImageClass MF628CW.&amp;nbsp; The scanner is not working.&amp;nbsp; I received a message on my laptop that scanner is unable to communicate.&amp;nbsp; I called Canon but was informed that the Canon Color ImageClass MF628CW has phone support.&amp;nbsp; Have anyone else experience the same issue?&amp;nbsp; If so, how did you fix it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
