Both the printer and my laptop are on the same WiFi network, but about 95 percent of the time, the printer won’t connect or communicate when I try to print or scan. It’s incredibly frustrating. Oddly, when I print from my iPhone, it works most of the time without any issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else experienced this problem, and is there a reliable fix?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;#MF751Cdw&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This is likely related to your network hardware or configuration.&amp;nbsp; Your printer is probably using DHCP.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Instead I recommend assigning the printer a static IP address on your network.&amp;nbsp; This is a one-time configuration you perform on your router.&amp;nbsp; Then install the device as an IP printer on your computer(s).&amp;nbsp; This ensures persistency and reliable connectivity since the IP "destination " of the device will never change.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
