      <description>&lt;P&gt;My printer works, but I can only connect through USB, and cannot change duplex settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other users in the office have no problem with either of these things.&amp;nbsp; Any guidance or ideas to check would be appreciated.&amp;nbsp; We've reconnected to network.&amp;nbsp; I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
