I was a bit concerned as there does not seem to be much information about reaching out to them other ways that was obviously available. Just a: "Good luck, pal." message. I did end up finding their contact line though. Hopefully all goes well. Thanks again.

I purchased a Canon Maxify GX4020, and need warranty support. The warranty is listed as 3-year or 80,000 pages. I'm within the 3 years, but when I attempt to get support on the Canon support site it says that my product is no longer supported by agent support and that I have to use the forum or knowledge-base. I can't find any numbers so far or email addresses to get support. What is going on here?

Thank you. I did. The product is listed with the correct model, serial, and purchase date. I also uploaded a receipt with the details. I do plan to call tomorrow. I've heard of something like this happening to others, and it ended up being site maintenance. It is Sunday, so maybe it is something like that.

Did you end up contacting Canon? What was the result? I'm having the same issue with 2 printers I bought off Amazon.
