&lt;P&gt;If the touchscreen is unresponsive, it looks like the printer is not getting enough power or there is a problem with the hardware. You can try plugging the printer into a different wall outlet or you can try another room. If you run into the same issue, it looks like the printer needs service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To check your service options, you can log into your MyCanon account or contact support at 1-800-652-2666.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>My Canon MF232W Operational Panel is unresponsive</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The display will show for a few seconds when first powered on. I can print from the computer (Windows 11) and my phone (Samsung A21) BUT when I need to copy or scan from the operational panel the entire panel is unresponsive. What I've tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Power cycle the printer (unplugged from the wall)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reinstalled Windows 11 print drivers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Internet search for "Canon MF232W operational panel unresponsive" (no joy)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice is greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
