&lt;P&gt;If you are running into issues with scanning after updating Windows 11, you can try downloading and installing the &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageclass-mf453dw" target="_self"&gt;Recommended&lt;/A&gt; version of our drivers from our Canon USA site.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you continue to run into issues after installing the drivers, you can try performing a registry fix. The Windows 11 24H2 has caused some scanning issues across multiple scanner brands. You can download the registry fix using one of our &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageformula-dr-c230" target="_self"&gt;DR scanner downloads pages&lt;/A&gt;. You can use the steps in the link &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/s/article/ART181189" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; to run the registry repair.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;have a new computer. windows 11. trying to get my canon mf453dw to work. It will print from computer, but will not scan TO computer or FROM computer (controls) MF utility is installed but error message says it cannot connect to printer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
